Sales, returns and general information -
Reed and Glow are committed to giving you the experience that you’d expect when purchasing from us and want you to shop with confidence. If you have any queries at all please do get in touch at enquiries@reedandglow.co.uk
Purchasing –
We send all parcels via Royal Mail and ensure that we get proof of postage when sending our products. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive, please contact us for the Proof of Postage receipt so that you can contact Royal Mail directly. Reed and Glow will only charge a one-off flat rate fee for postage (no matter how many items are ordered) we therefore do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
We aim to post all orders within 3 working days. If, for any reason, there is a delay we will let you know.
Returns -
If for whatever reason you change your mind about your purchase, please get in touch. We will refund you the cost of your purchase (less postage) if the product is returned within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging.
If in the unlikely event your product faulty we will refund you full price including postage – please get in touch within 14 days of purchasing your item. We may ask you to return your item and or provide photographic evidence. If we agree that the product is faulty, we will reimburse all postal costs.
Your information –
Reed and Glow will only use your information for the purpose in which it was intended. We may, on occasion, send you offers/discounts on Reed & Glow products. We will never give your information to a third party nor send you offers from a third party.
By entering your details at the point of sale you are thereby agreeing to these terms.
